By accessing or using the a9agent platform — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other interface we provide — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of this document, please stop using the a9agent platform immediately and do not register as a member. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

To register for and use the a9agent platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• Registering under your own name using accurate and valid personal information.
• Not be on any list of individuals prohibited from online gambling in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Not to register as a representative or proxy on behalf of any third party.
• Not have previously had an account restricted or closed by a9agent due to a breach of terms.

A9agent reserves the right to request identity verification documents (e.g. a copy of your ID card or passport) at any time to confirm a member's eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension or closure of the account.

Each individual may only register and hold one (1) account at a9agent. This includes a prohibition on registering additional accounts using a different name, email address, phone number, or payment information.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account information up to date should any changes occur.
• Your account password is confidential, and it is entirely your responsibility not to share it with anyone.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, including any access by another party with or without your knowledge.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the a9agent support team immediately.

All financial transactions on the a9agent platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The following payment methods are accepted:

Withdrawal Requirements:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless specifically approved by the a9agent finance team.
• Withdrawal processing takes 5 to 15 minutes for e-wallet methods and 1 to 3 business days for bank transfers.
• A9agent reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000.
• All deposits must be wagered at least once (1×) before becoming eligible for withdrawal, to prevent money laundering.

• Each promotion carries a specific wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses are eligible for one account per individual, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• A9agent reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Winnings derived from bonuses that have not satisfied the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

All games offered on a9agent — including slots, live casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger), poker, Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton), and e-sports — are conducted in accordance with the following rules:

• All game outcomes are final once the round or bet has been fully processed.
• Any technical disruptions occurring during gameplay will be resolved based on system records, which shall be considered the definitive record.
• Bets accepted and processed before the disruption occurred remain valid. Any bets still pending at the time of disruption will be voided and the stake returned.
• A9agent reserves the right to void any bets suspected of involving insider information, match manipulation, or any other unauthorised method.
• For Sports Betting, postponed or cancelled matches will be settled in accordance with the rules of the relevant betting provider.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and table selected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the a9agent platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and legal action:

• Use of automated software (bots), scripts, or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Hacking, attempting to modify the platform's code, or any activity that compromises the security of the a9agent system.
• Money laundering — using the a9agent platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Identity fraud — registering using another person's details or falsified documents.
• Systematic bonus abuse as described in Section 5.
• Threats or harassment directed at a9agent staff or other members.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through unauthorised collusion between players.

A9agent reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• A self-exclusion or account suspension request made by the account holder.
• Repeated violations of game rules or inappropriate conduct.

In the event of account closure due to a violation, a9agent reserves the right to forfeit all balances — including deposited funds, winnings, and bonuses — without compensation. In cases of non-violation suspension (e.g., self-requested closure), cash balances (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned in accordance with standard procedures.

A9agent provides its platform and services on an "as-is" basis, without any express or implied warranties, except as specifically stated in these terms.

• A9agent does not guarantee that the platform will operate free of interruptions, errors, or technical faults at all times.
• A9agent is not liable for any financial losses incurred by members as a result of technical disruptions beyond our control.
• Outcomes in games depend on both luck and skill — a9agent does not guarantee any winnings.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect bonus payout, a9agent reserves the right to correct the error, including reclaiming any funds disbursed mistakenly.
• A9agent's total maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

A9agent is fully committed to responsible gambling practices. We recognise that gambling can cause problems for some individuals, and we provide the following tools and support:

• Personal Deposit Limit: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased within 72 hours of the last change.
• Session Time Limits: Members may set daily or weekly time limits to control the duration of their gaming sessions.
• Temporary Self-Suspension: Accounts may be temporarily suspended (for 1, 7, 30, or 90 days) at the member's own request.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Members may request permanent account closure. This decision is irreversible and the account will not be reopened.

These terms and conditions are interpreted and governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which a9agent holds its licence. Any disputes arising in connection with the platform or these terms will be resolved through the following process:

• First Level: Contact the a9agent support team via live chat or email. We will endeavour to resolve disputes within 5 business days.
• Second Level: If a dispute cannot be resolved at the first level, it will be escalated to a senior a9agent manager for review within 14 business days.
• Third Tier: Disputes that cannot be resolved internally may be referred to an independent arbitration body recognised by our licensing authority.

Effective Date: These terms and conditions take effect from 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. a9agent reserves the right to update this document at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
